The thorn under my saddle today is pretty simple, what we have here is a ‘Queen Bee’, if you will, Judge Josh R. Freeman Stinn of the California Superior Court. ‘Mr Missy’ is currently warming a seat on the bench at the Stanley Most Courthouse in Downtown Los Angeles. And ‘Miss Thang’ is assigned to DIVORCE COURT. This miserable hot dog swallower was appointed to the bench by Gavin Newscum, Da Governor of California in 2021. My Cane Corso has more knowledge of DIVORCE law than this foolish bastard and a more unsympathetic fuck of life would be hard to find. Unless you were to look at The Kielbasa Swallowing King aka Joshua D. Wayser, Judge also assigned to DIVORCE COURT. Of course, The Honorable Kielbasa was appointed in 2015 by Governor Moon Beam/Jerry Brown…. Seriously, you cannot make this shit up! Two wieners both named Josh and both assigned to DIVORCE COURT!
How is it that these two fucks of life, both are known as “Josh”? It is almost mystical that both of these fools in black robes are both gay and are both unbelievably as arrogant as they come. What is it with Stinn and this long F’n name, can we assume dude has an ego? Stinn is Jewish, often I see these long drawn out names when dealing with the Hispanic community, but a Jew sausage bender? I recall as a cop booking some burrito bandit and being given this long drawn out name and trying to get it to fit onto the booking card. Maybe Mr. Missy likes hearing his name and the time it takes to announce his old ass’s presence?
What I have observed over the last year involving a client of mine has been nothing short of terrorizing and it all stems from these two incompetent cock suckers! Now, if you are a ‘Chick with a Dick’, you might catch a break with these two royal assholes….. generally as a female you have not a chance of getting a break. In my case, it would appear that Wayser is hanging on to the custody part of the case even though the trial is over…. justice is not done with giving the ‘female’ component of this DIVORCE more abuse disguised as justice….. just my opinion.
In the defense of these two Asshats in black robes our client was a soft target as many women who are abused by husbands who try to fight back and get caught up in the system. Yes, she did some silly things out of desperation and unfortunately in today’s world the system seldom works for those who are getting ‘chewed up and spit out’. Over time even those appointed to look at our client and try and use medical VOODOO to see who she is (total BULLSHIT FOLKS I passed 3 polygraphs in the course of my employment with 3 different law enforcement agencies ) and these over paid con jobs became biased. Alice Berkowitz who I was friends with and recently took a permanent dirt nap, and I miss her. And this pudgy pain in the ass Chochran (pronounced COCK-ran) were the therapist and for some reason they liked/loved the soon to be X…. abusive men are generally really good at being liked and manipulative, no exception here this ‘Dad’ is a real “Adam Henry”.
Over time, my client was being treated unfairly by the monitors assigned to the case as ‘Dad’ had the right to choose the monitors. Fact: I am a certified monitor and what these hacks were doing was so illegal and they were getting away with it thanks to Cocksucker #1 and #2. In the early days the couples daughter loved mom and dad and would speak with mom 2-3 times a day as “Dad “ had custody. Over time a visit would be cancelled occasionally just because ‘Dad’ wanted to show how powerful he is. Once again, how much fun is it to screw with ‘Mom’ with the blessing of the DIVORCE COURT with two judges that for whatever reason had already decided ‘ Mom ‘ was bad and why?
How about this dirty trick, our client got a message to take her car to the dealer as the lease on the car she was driving was coming to an end. ‘Mom’ takes the car to dealer and the car is taken, after an hour it was revealed that a new one is not being provided….’Dad’, again is at his favorite game and mentally beating our client some more. Imagine living in Los Angeles and trying to keep things going and you lose your car due to a dirty trick and to date these two Butt Bandits could care less, shame! And now the visits are being cancelled back to back and no notice is being given to “Mom” and what we are watching is one of the worst cases of parental alienation that I have ever seen in my 35 years dealing with several hundred of DIVORCE in Los Angeles.
“Dad” being the likable freak that he is has now blocked the child’s phone so “Mom” cannot contact her child and he is getting away with it, I swear! It is psychological warfare not the best fun when you are the one with the money and being able to do whatever, whenever you want! On the subject of money, ‘Dad’ has seldom if ever paid the $20,000.00 support on time, it is always late and guess what folks? All of this is being done under the direct supervision of these two, Joshua D. Wayser and Josh R. Stinn both DIVORCE COURT judges in Los Angeles, California! You say no way? I am in this business for 35 plus years and have watched it take place up real close, there is nothing I have not seen. Keep in mind that even this case is incredible to witness and what is even more incredible that it is actually taking place at the Stanley Mosk Court House aka The Palace of Perjury.
