Now that I can see clearly after laughing so hard on the last story I wrote and illustrations by Ken, BARKY GOT SNIPPED. Some might find this a little odd that I love reading my own articles. Over my lifetime, I have always enjoyed brilliance.
Big congratulations to Neal Hersh and Joe Mannis, they are not letting things slow down at the home office. Adam Lipsic has been a partner for years, and I am guessing it was time to share the wealth even further. Marc Andre Bertet, Christopher G. Gordon, and Andrew Stein have all been made partners. Now you three are partners, go visit Mercedes and buy yourselves nice 550 convertibles.
Hersh Mannis is a class operation, and after over 20 years continues to represent their clients at the highest levels. With the two founding partners sharing their knowledge and experience with those they bring into the firm shows even further their commitment to the work they do.

Just when you think it cannot get any better, Law Offices of Peter A. Lauzon has done something highly unusual. Peter must have smacked his head under his desk and, in doing so, had an epiphany. One of the more brilliant rising stars in the world of DIVORCE has worked with Peter for a few years, and the firm will be known as, LAUZON PALUCH, as soon as the state approves it. Nathalie E.A. Paluch is going to be a named partner. For this writer, there is no surprise at all, the only other thing I think would be even better would be if it was PALUCH LAUZON. This move on the part of Mr. Lauzon will finally likely make his firm a player in the world of DIVORCE.

OUCH! We get little tips all the time on the DIVORCE lawyers who practice law in California in particular. Many of our tips and tidbits involve some fun stuff, and at times disgusting little habits. Got some real nasty little varmints practicing DIVORCE law, and I/we get to see much of the underbelly of the fun and games these people can generate. Thank god for all the little creatures (and a few big ones) who have provided entertainment for DESPERATEEXES.com. I thank all you, especially those that I detest, and if not for the humor and screwball behavior you provide, I would not piss on you if you were on fire.
It has come to our attention that there is a DIVORCE lawyer in Southern California that is providing FREE legal services to court staff who may have DIVORCE issues, allegedly. The court staff involved are those who work in the Family Law Divisions of the Superior Court, allegedly. Once again, the Key Word is allegedly. We have no proof of this other than a tip as to this occurring. IF true, it would be good for any opposing counsel to be aware of this. On the one hand, it is nice for some DIVORCE lawyers to help those in need; on the other hand, it does make one wonder.hmmmmmm?
