The Kelly Rutherford case is not going away, if anything it is getting the attention of several National News shows. This is not going to be good for Judge Terresa Beaudet as well as the Stanley Mosk Superior Court. What was done to an American Citizen in one of our countries own courtrooms was tragic. It is as confusing today as it was when Judge Beaudet decided to send three American children off to Europe leaving their mothers behind. (Miss Rutherford has two children/ Shellye has one)
The huge issue sitting in the middle of the room is this, Judge Beaudet has a daughter who was very friendly with Kelly Rutherford and ran in the same circles in New York. To the point where she was sitting very close to Kelly Rutherford as she discussed her divorce with other friends. Other issues and things that were related to her divorce and was even spoken to directly by Miss. Rutherford about her divorce. These facts were reported to me by a very dependable source.
DESPERATEEXES.com was aware of recuse issue months ago and I chose to keep it under wraps. The reasoning was not to piss off the judge, well we see where that idea went. At this point I am going to keep Judge Beaudets family off the table as it should be. I have always said that DESPERATEEXES.com will always be a safe haven for any judge. I am a little embarrassed as to having to continue this investigation but equally embarrassing is to see an American superior court judge sending little children off into the wild blue yonder, once, and then weeks later doing it a second time.
I SAT AND LISTENED INTENTLY TO THE TESTIMONY ON KELLY RUTHERFORDS CASE AND WAS SHOCKED! Shocked that any individual
who understood the English vocabulary and had the understanding of the language could have listened to the testimony of Giersch and made the rulings that she did. Don’t believe me, I would encourage you to read the court transcripts they are shocking. I bet DATELINE and or 20/20 will be reading them very closely, I wonder if they will enjoy the 10 minutes a day and five days a week and dont forget about mom.
