The D.A. came out with some bombshells for shock value. The Deputy D. A. Walgren put up the picture shown here of a dead Michael Jackson alone on a gurney with the lettering Homicide and used it as a background for the screen as other exhibits were put up for the jury. This created the effect of the jury looking at all of the evidence on the screen with this image faded in the background.
The other bombshell was the tape of a slurring Michael Jackson on May 10, 2011 taped by Dr. Conrad Murray the reason for the tape was not explained.

We heard a very different presentation in the opening statement of Edward M. Chernoff stating for the most part that Michael Jackson caused his own death. Dr. Conrad Murray cried during the description of Acres Home, it is in the poorest part of Houston, Texas and Murray treated people for free, Medicaid, Medicare and would waive the co-pay and he started doing this when his father Dr. Andrews died and there will lots of witnesses that will be testifying about that. The defense also said Dr. White the father of Propoful and it’s use would be one of their witnesses.
