This is a short one, something all of the media reporting on the Kobe and Vanessa filing for DIVORCE missed and missed big time was “the plan.” There is not a question in my mind that Ms. Vanessa had to have been counseled to stay married to Kobe for the full ten years. No prenup, ten years plus is the magic number to assure that you get it all…well, half. That ten year marriage mark is critical in any BIG DIVORCE and I am not buying that it was just happenstance that when 10.6 years was hit it was “get my phone and call me a DIVORCE lawyer.”

DESPERATEXES.com congratulates Vanessa Bryant, well-executed plan, you made it to the 10 year mark and now you get half of everything and all you can carry. You go girl! Kobe, I have to wonder if Vanessa ever really got over that little incident at the hotel in Colorado. Oh I know, not guilty, but the little missus was doing some planning too! William Cox worked in a variety of assignments including uniformed patrol, CRASH (gang detail) in South-Central and West Los Angeles areas. He also worked homicides for over 20 years and finished his career in Robbery-Homicide Division (RHD) which handles major cases including serial killers, multiple murders, media and high-profile cases, officer-involved shootings, and assaults and murders on police officers. He also worked the Rampart Corruption Task Force for two years. William Cox was also involved or handled several high-profile cases over the years including the Kimes (mother-son grifters who were responsible for 3 murders in LA, NY, and the Bahamas); the Goetz of the West case; the murder of the pregnant mother at LAX; plus several others.

William Cox’s last case he worked on at RHD was a Chinese immigrant student attending USC who had gone to a frat party and had attempted to pull a gun and start shooting students. He was wrestled to the ground by other students who then called police. After a search warrant was served on the suspect’s apartment Cox and three other detectives were sent to NY City to investigate and attempt to identify approximately 20 persons he had targeted to possibly kill. (This incident occurred shortly after the mass murders at West Virginia Tech.) Cox was also working on a murder where a husband set his car and wife on fire on the Golden State Frwy. Cox had also been working (for the past four years) on a double homicide that had occurred in 2002 wherein two victims were killed in their car and their car set on fire. That murder was the story that 48 Hours has done and shown on television in February 2011.

Kim Kardashian files for divorce…oh my god, tell me it is not true? Having a relationship with Kim is a little like falling in love with an ice cube! Be careful as it will be gone rather quickly unless things are kept “chilled.” Marrying this one is similar to the “Frog and the Scorpion.”

I feel that this was all nothing but a PR game and all of those businesses that paid millions to be associated with this “72 hour PR shoot,” should also understand they too got scammed, just my thoughts. It is my understanding that many of the companies that supplied stuff for the wedding did so at a cost, throw that money right out the window. Why I ask would any girl planning a wedding want the curse of Kim K to be involved, or want to be associated with anything involving this renegade group of Armos? When it comes to class the Kardashians are almost like a virus to the term, leave them around anything classy and it it digested and turned into pig slop for this family to wallow in.

Everyone got played and I think it is becoming obvious to the world it was nothing but a money grab for the Kardashians…who would not want their own little girl to grow up like any one of the Kardashians, just a real class group.

Kris Humphries does not believe in a divorce, get a grip Kris it is coming and fast, you should have realized what a shit sandwich you were slipping into when someone forgot to tell you “Luvey” aka Big Butt, was married before! LMAO

One of the more disgusting and insulting comments that I heard was a comparison to the Gabor sisters, you have got to be crazy! The Gabor sisters were naturally beautiful and had class, real class, the kind that is very difficult to find in today’s world.

Two family lawyers for whom I don’t really care were discussing the recent nuptials of Lamar Odom and Khloe Khardashian…To them, the only interesting angle was whether the pre-nup would pass muster. Naively, I thought that if it was in writing, it would be ironclad. Apparently, not so.

“John,” they droned on, “It could be set aside for undue influence…”

Huh?

So, I called attorney Jeffrey Sklan and he straightened it out.

“John, what they mean by ‘undue influence’, is simple: there might not have been enough time between the signing and the whining…”
