Robert A. Jakucs is a retired Los Angeles Police Department Detective with over 30-years of investigative experience. During his distinguished career with the L.A.P.D he worked such high-profile assignments as Homicide, Hollywood Vice, SWAT, Robberies, Burglaries, Complex Thefts, and gang-related shootings. He was a member of the Night Stalker Task Force that investigated the serial murderer Richard Ramirez. Robert Jakucs is also a consultant for national television specializing in private and police investigation issues and has appeared on the news shows Nightline, 20/20 and Inside Edition.

William Cox was a Los Angeles Police Detective who retired in 2007 after 32 years
William Cox worked in a variety of assignments including uniformed patrol, CRASH (gang detail) in South-Central and West Los Angeles areas. He also worked homicides for over 20 years and finished his career in Robbery-Homicide Division (RHD) which handles major cases including serial killers, multiple murders, media and high-profile cases, officer-involved shootings, and assaults and murders on police officers. He also worked the Rampart Corruption Task Force for two years. William Cox was also involved or handled several high-profile cases over the years including the Kimes (mother-son grifters who were responsible for 3 murders in LA, NY, and the Bahamas); the Goetz of the West case; the murder of the pregnant mother at LAX; plus several others.

William Cox has appeared on Investigative Discovery channel, 48 Hours, and E-entertainment. He is currently employed by the US State Dept. as a background investigator.

William Cox’s last case he worked on at RHD was a Chinese immigrant student attending USC who had gone to a frat party and had attempted to pull a gun and start shooting students. He was wrestled to the ground by other students who then called police. After a search warrant was served on the suspect’s apartment Cox and three other detectives were sent to NY City to investigate and attempt to identify approximately 20 persons he had targeted to possibly kill. (This incident occurred shortly after the mass murders at West Virginia Tech.) Cox was also working on a murder where a husband set his car and wife on fire on the Golden State Frwy. Cox had also been working (for the past four years) on a double homicide that had occurred in 2002 wherein two victims were killed in their car and their car set on fire. That murder was the story that 48 Hours has done and shown on television in February 2011.

Robyn Gibson is “moving on” it has been reported…no shit!  She should have moved on a long time ago.  Mel is doing what rich guys do, and that is having a ball and all that comes with being a star, even an aging one…as he has famously stated many times, he is rich. And that would be a “roger” on that.

Robyn is in her 50’s and looks great and will be fine…this certainly appears to have not been any great surprise to her, as it was going on over the last few years.  She too will still be rich as she has a right to and will be fine, in time.   She is still very attractive and has a level of class that is rare in this town.  To both Mel’s credit and to Robyn’s they both have limited their comments and rubbing salt into open wounds. That is if you will ignore Mel’s hand holding with Oksana that was photographed for all to see,  “hey I am fine” was the tone I got from the photo op. And he is fine, not to mention virile enough to father again…Mel just don’t forget, the sleeker, smoother and faster model has a shelf life that I predict will be much shorter than the time you spent with Robyn.  Not being a jerk here folks, one was for the long term, the other…well it will be little longer than an amusement ride, a very costly one.

I was recently chastised that I tend to lean towards the women’s point of view. Well, after giving it about 5 seconds of thought I guess I do…perhaps it is my being in touch with my feminine side, or my past coming to haunt me.  I don’t know, but it is true, DesperateExes.com was begun for women in the throws of getting screwed, beat up, or just not being treated fair, either by a big —K —-, or –G —-E —-, or A –G ———E, or just joe shit the rag man, women more often than not get the dirty end of the stick.  MY OPINION ONLY, sure if they get $500 a month in support they were probably due  $1,000 and if they got a $ 2,000,000 settlement they were more likely due a $5,000,000 one.  Don’t like my opinion? Don’t read it and go “fudge yourself,” I don’t care.  And readers, don’t worry, when given enough rope the bad guys will often hang themselves.

In Robyn Gibson’s case, trust me, she will do very well, as I believe that Mel has not too much of a choice.  He is very rich, and she was the strength behind the man for many years and will be well taken care of.  And in the end, do you need hundreds of millions to live well? No, not even in Malibu.  I wish Robyn well and hope that she lives in the joy of the wonderful family she built and also understands that she and Mel will always be attached through their children, good luck and much happiness to all involved…And for the girlfriends, LMAO, you all have expiration dates, enjoy it while you can!

Well if Mel Gibson thought that he and his soon to be Ex were going to have an “easy” divorce, heads up.  With all of these Russian beauties showing up and, as I predicted, getting into the whole media craze…guess what, Robyn is reading this stuff too.

Mel has done more for the name “Oksana” than any hard-partying poptart gold medal skater.  I understand that Moonshadows may be adding a Russian Tea Room to keep “his holiness” coming back!  It was reported on PopEater that one of the Oksanas is as good on the piano as Sir Elton…she just is equipped a little better, I mean differently.  Say what you will, Mr. Gibson has a great eye for females, including wife Robyn — a great-looking gal — and what they say about people with tons of money?  “Cannot buy class.” Mr. Gibson, as I once told MJ’s handlers, with your money you could have flown to a far away place and not have had to taken a crap so close to were you live.

He is still a decent actor and as I said before, he will still be very rich in the end, as will Robyn and both lawyers and even maybe one or two P.I.s.   The Russian influence in the United States has been substantial, the quality of the female company that a guy can buy has improved 10 fold and the vodka too has changed in a way who would have ever thought.  Many of these Russian girls are very attractive and that cute little accent, I am here to tell you, has been an issue in several divorces…Russian vodka was a problem in many marriages for many years, I am wondering if perhaps some households may be longing for the “good ol’ days” of the Cold War when US-Russian relations weren’t quite so friendly.

Mr. Gibson, I have it from very reliable sources that vodka and Russian women are tough.  Both on the body and the marriage…guess you already know one of those already.

Mel and that Catholic Church in Malibu…how often have I said that “religious people” are a little, let’s say kinky…not as much as non-religious people.  Must be all that on your knees, stand up, sit down, on your knees and the entire religious experience, along with a nice hefty dose of repression. I have to tell you I don’t know too much about Russian women (other than what I have been told), but I have often wondered, what was it with Jesus and all the dudes in robes and sandals?…was this not a little like an ancient “toga party?”  Mr. Gibson is very much into his religion and has his own church to prove it…hmmm,  I bet that ol’ confessional is busy!

Funny thing is, I was baptized a Catholic and often recall that great Frank Zappa song, “Catholic Girls”.  Well I will tell you this, Laura Wasser (representing the soon to be Ex-Mrs. Gibson) is not a Catholic girl and will be taking huge chunks of that $900 million.  Oh forgive me for I am about to sin — you know when the Cardinals pick a new Pope, and there is that puff of smoke everyone looks for?  Well I think I saw a big sooty cloud coming out of Mel’s  Big House in Malibu, could it be some of those millions going up in smoke?  And I was never an alter boy…could not figure out why, hell I could ring bells and do the incense thing. Then 40 years later it hits me, I was not a cute enough…oh dont get me wrong, I was cute, just not “enough.”

And Mel, forget about denying de girlfriends, these Russians love Benjamin Franklin more than I do, and will roll on you like a Russian tank rolling over slow protestors to get to the money.

Who will pay the most for an interview, and that is when the real chit chat will occur.  Hey, you are rich, you will still be rich after all this is over and the only other question is who you will retain to help in spreading your wealth around Century City…divorce is tough when you have money.

And the biggest question is, “What would Jesus do?”  Well. I am not too sure about Jesus, but sure know what the lawyers are going to do.

So you know that he is screwing anything and everything and he is addicted to online porn, your relationship is on life support and you are so mad that you want to kill the S.O.B., but you can’t pull the plug! The reason is fear — fear of what so many women face and that is being alone and being devastated financially.

Here are some real concerns for anyone — though this is more female-related (once in a great while we get a husband or a boyfriend whose wife or girlfriend is giving the goods away, but not too often! Women are not whores by nature and you all know my opinion of men…. they are!).

So OK, here we go, you talk to friends, relatives, and your cat, and they all tell you to go and see a “good” divorce lawyer! This lawyer tells you all that you are going to be able to get, and then tells you to talk to me! Mr. P.I. And I, too, upon your description tell you that “junior” needs to be kicked to the curb…and then it starts. You begin to tell me how great he used to be, and how “we are going to counseling.” Counseling is not going to work, so as you get off the freeway and that homeless person who is standing there, just give him or her all of the money you were going to spend on a counselor, it will do more good (counseling is good when your cat or dog dies….that was true love and a real loss!). MEN WHO CHEAT WILL NEVER STOP. Going to counseling will only tell one side or the other how they got caught and make it more difficult to catch the little scoundrel the next time!

Or this happens: you have had weeks to plan on catching him, but you call a day or two prior to him getting out of sex re-hab or drug re-hab or the trip he is coming back from and want me to pulls F’n rabbits out of my ass to see if we can catch him. Girlfriend, you don’t really want to catch him, plain and simple, because if you did, the fact is you, too, would have no life…what would you worry about? What would you talk about? What would your days be like not wondering what he is doing and with who…YOU CANNOT PULL THE PLUG!

I am not trying to beat anyone up here, but it is the same each time! Or you hire the lawyer, you hire the P.I. and we are all moving forward and billing our time. We have all of his assets tied up — art work, bank accounts — you have the cash and you have all of the property under your control and we have hidden the car or cars and the boat! And all of a sudden, he now knows you are serious and he tells you whatever it is that he thinks you need to hear, and like the poor and desperate creature you are, you call the whole thing off! Was it worth $20 or $30 thousand for the lawyers and $10 or $20 thousand for me? I have to say, I think that the answer is yes! Yes, because you have made him realize that you are serious and like that famous movie scene, with the crazy guy yelling out of the window, “I am not going to take it anymore!” BUT now you have set yourself up for a big problem: now he knows to make sure that if and when he decides to throw your ass off of the train, he does it right and does not leave himself open like he did when YOU filed, oh no — next time he will bury you…remember, possession is 99% of the law! You had all the marbles when you did what you did initially, and now when this goes to hell as it will, he will already know what you are capable of and girlfriend it won’t be pretty! He will beat you to the punch and what a punch it will be! I am not saying that we cannot come back and fight another day, of course you can…but had you him by the balls and you wimped out, and your hesitation is costing you.

My best advice: when you have had enough and decide to go forward…full speed ahead! Don’t stop, don’t look back, and remember what it was that got you moving in this direction to begin with! So if you can get the strength and do the all the right things, ladies pull the plug and go through with what you started….he is not worth it! However, you have to do it right and just like Pearl Harbor…bombs away!!! But PLAN and PLAN and PLAN….good planning will take you a long way when you get the strength to PULL THE PLUG!
