Your buddy Safire is in a little hot water right now and could be arrested.

“A San Francisco murder suspect’s attorney sought assurances Wednesday that he would not be arrested for arranging what prosecutors called a “blatant act of witness intimidation” involving eight suspected gang members who stood up during a witness’ testimony.”

Thank you for the update, the old San Francisco that would have been good ‘lawyering’….He is still one of the more brilliant lawyers when it comes to Criminal Defense.

Uh, Eric turned out just fine in this case. Judge said he did nothing wrong.

Eric is just a lovable piece of SF history….the cops and him have always had a very special relationship.
I can remember the time he got me in the sights of two homicide cops…remember Mike? And all we were trying to do was help!
