Well you know each day is just that, another day! Another day in paradise, yes paradise. Every day you can awake and get out of bed is a great day, as the alternative is not so much…the common denominator for all of us being dead, aka “The Dirt Nap.” As I have said before, staying above the frost line is a good thing.
Effective March 26, 2009, I, John J. Nazarian as well as Nazarian and Associates will no longer be working with Howard K. Stern. I sent a resignation letter to Christopher Smith as well as to Howard K. Stern earlier this afternoon. It was a pleasure to assist Mr. Stern with his earlier civil issues. Working with Howard K. Stern and his family was an incredible opportunity and one we will always look back on fondly.
Mr. Stern has retained legal counsel that will bring their own assets to assist in his defense on the current charges. We at Nazarian and Associates wish Howard K. Stern, Christopher Smith, as well as Howard’s family all the best in the weeks and months to come.
Stay tuned to DesperateExes.com for my “thoughts,” which have been on hold for almost a year and a half…can anyone define, “common good?” I am going to give you my ideas on this and more, it will have been worth the wait.

I’m assuming that HKS’s new lawyers have their own PIs on retainer and that is why you resigned. I can see where it might not be necessary to have two PIs investigating the same cases. I wish the new PIs success in their mission to seek the truth.
I look forward to more articles and insight from you. I wish you could reveal all that you have discovered in your investigations in HKS’s case. Is there a client and PI privilege law as there is between lawyers and clients? I have a feeling that you might honor confidentiality in your past and present cases regardless of whether there is a law requiring you to do so or not.

Ahhh, the Common Good is King in my house. It means no stinky socks laying in the middle of the living room. And no oreo outsides stuffed in between the couch cushions.

the common good describes a specific “good” that is shared and beneficial for all (or most) members of a given community.
To me it means your work was for the common good of society in that we can not let evil run our communities. The angels need to come forward and work when injustices and tricks are being served to our citizens. As people with conscience we need to educate because what the media has feed their audiences is inaccurate. This needs to be exposed and the ones who perpetuated the evil need to be held accountable.
Continue to support Howard he is a good guy! As well as Dr. K…….

Pepper, no worries what I stated is just that, I wish Howard and his lawyer Chris Smith all the best. Business is business and friendship is just that….
As for my thoughts on many issues, I will get to those at the appropriate time. And I will have a great deal to say, at the right time.
There are no new clients in this for Nazarian and Associates, I and my team still believe in Howards and Dr. Kris’s innocence….that has not changed one bit.
And we sleep with “Angels on our Pillows,” this was one of Miss Peggy Lee’s expressions — and I so wish she was still around for advice!

I still believe in the innocence of Howard and Dr. Kris……the real story is much bigger and much more interesting. Dr. Kris is just that a doctor…and hurt no one.
After the trial I will have a great deal more to say.
