Maple SyrupWell we are in a new time and place when it comes to private investigators, and those who operate with no license creating havoc in this state.  How many times does a P.I. meet with a new potential client and hear “I want to know this” or “I want to know that” and on and on it goes.  And they don’t care how you get what they want?  Many of these people have heard stories or watched a few too many movies and they think they “know”…Well the days of wiretapping are gone for awhile…until the next “player” pops up, and one will come along, you can bet on it.  The other game that has become an issue is the use of spyware on computers, and “techno geeks” who have the ability to gain access to your computers. You know, trying to “gag” the provider so as to gain access into someone’s computer account and grabbing your e-mails…..LMAO,  your days are numbered!

I believe that this happened to me (I don’t even own a computer) and I spoke with one of the best guys in the industry, Kevin Mitnick.  We are taking the steps needed to stop and I hope identify the perpetrators (I can always use a little extra money). I hope you had fun, the kind of fun like bringing your mother with you on spring break.

Funny thought here, I remember hearing,  “you know the day is going to be bad if you look out your window and see a 20/20 crew.”   Well I have one better, can you imagine having the United States Secret Service, 12 divisions and 2300 strong taking an interest in your behavior?  This great agency is headed by Director Mark Sullivan a 30 year federal officer and 25 years with the USSS. The Secret Service was created July 5, 1865 in Washington, D.C. for protecting the currency of this country, the lives of our leaders and everything in between. This is one of those American Institutions that every American should be proud in knowing they exist.   This agency has one of the best “Electronic Crimes Task Forces” in the world.  Let me put it this way, if the F.B.I. is sugar, the United States Secret Service is maple syrup.

The F.B.I. with the help of Anita Busch crushed Anthony Pellicano and his crew,  many of whom are in the very qualified hands of the Bureau of Prisons.  All private investigators who have thoughts of playing with the “black bag” need to be aware the old rules of “wink, wink” are over. You may want to decorate those old bags and turn them into hats.   And all of us know what it is like to work for the very wealthy and the ridiculous demands they can make…go along with their demands and your future and that of your clients could change drastically — at least where you will sleep at night, I understand that the B.O.P. still has bunks and cells available. And there is a reason that a federal prosecutor asks for 10 years and 1 day.   For those of you that will continue trying to be cute with “providers” and  “carriers”  on the global internet highway, I will be there to cover the story just as I did for Pellicano & crew, when you are caught.  You have been warned: that sticky substance on your hand as you turn the knob to your home or office, might be “Maple Syrup.”

I’m still trying to figure out who the first shoe belonged to.

    Hi John,

So the watchers are looking and tracking.

So if they got a look at your stuff then they have left a trail.

The info from your emails etc is the trail… think what you had that no one else has/had and watch it surface.

Or maybe leave a red herring that will leave a trail….

    Oh this is good stuff

Heath, my life is an open book to some degree and I accept the BS that comes with that. However, this story is going to be very interesting in the days and weeks ahead.
For me….LOL who cares it is just that this is becoming more of an issue and it is getting addressed with a great deal of vigor and concern.
I personally do not even own a computer and hate the technology….love to write some notes in my notebook and then shred! Seldom ever use a text unless I have to and then it is short.
The rest is Kevin’s world and he is a genius in his field.
    Thanks again,
    John

i think your code is about the codes. wasn’t mitnick investigated by stan ornellas? isn’t mitnick a friend of erin finn? lemme guess. did mitnick do work for the feds? pellicano? both?
did the fbi agent who was pellicano’s only witness lie on the witness stand about how he cracked the passcodes?
is that why he was the ONLY DEFENSE WITNESS.
are the feds covering something up. what did the actress tell the fbi agent who got busted? why wasn;t that reported?????????
why has no one asked her what she told the agent……
    happy birthday ajp.

I think the first shoe might have been pellicano and now it is branching out

Forbetterorworse you are correct sort of, Mr. Mitnick is this country’s and maybe the world’s most famous hacker.
He did do time in a federal lock up, of which he speaks about all over the world. Even the U.S. uses him as a source. As to who arrested him I don’t know, it is water under the bridge.
I never saw his name in the Pellicano case…he runs a very legitimate consulting firm and would have never worked with Pellicano and Crew.
I did cover the incident of the ‘actress’ and the former FBI agent….I don’t know what they talked abut…if you have some information please feel free to pass it on.
Anthony took much on this case with him and he continues to be very quiet….you have to respect that kind of resolve. As for the other questions I dont know. Again, if you have something to say one way or the other we welcome your comments.
    Thanks,
    John

john you seem like a stand up guy yourself and i have heard as much from people who know you. that is why you respect pellicano’s code of honor…. he will have the last laugh and what a laugh he has…
i have nothing more to add and only have questions…
alas I will have to wait for answers too
i wonder if the shoe you mention is the one pellicano stepped on.

  11. flowerz on March 23rd, 2009 1:31 pm

John, he really does seem like a very nice guy. He did no harm from all I read from his hacking, it was just a challenge for him to see if he could do it. I was very impressed with him, and he has a great attitude and humor of what was some horrible years to have to go through.

I can’t wait to hear about all of this, very interesting story.

  12. jojobo1 on March 23rd, 2009 5:59 pm

I kind of had to laugh when I saw the WV and DC site up as PI and had to wonder if that would be the start of a pellicano case in Texas.Remember where DC got his training.JMO LOL

  13. John J. Nazarian P.I. on March 23rd, 2009 10:32 pm

No this has nothing to do with Texas as it is too sophisticated….and Kevin is a great guy with an even greater talent.
Forbetterorworse, no the owner of this shoe is someone other than the Ultimate Goombah! Thanks for the kind words….I have never set out to hurt anyone…it is just my sense of humor that sometimes pisses people off.
    John

  14. Heath on March 24th, 2009 5:26 am

I remember you writing about the Pelican during his trial.
You wrote that you thought he looked as if he had a big secret and knew something no one else did.

That comment has stayed in my mind…..

    Waiting for more clues :))

  15. forbetterorworse232 on March 24th, 2009 8:09 am

Well I do not think you have pissed me off but you may have hurt my feelings. But I am the forgiving type.
    talk to you soon.

  16. frtimechiilly on March 25th, 2009 12:00 pm

JN-Pellicano said he had nothing to do withe the AB threat and we have no reason not to believe him. he is not a liar. what did the actress know about this and what did she tell the agents?
did the agent proffer this information to the DOJ? suppose not or pellicano would be released from prison via habeas writ for sure…
Only the shadow knows for sure…..love that one.
    good day to you.

  17. John J. Nazarian P.I. on March 26th, 2009 2:00 pm

Heath, not a doubt in my mind that Anthony knew more stuff about so many high placed people that it was no wonder he was so arrogant. He knew the truth about many of the Hollywood types….as Saunders stated in court, ‘the gold standard for information is a wire tap’.
I wonder if he talks in his sleep, Anthony that is!
    John

  18. forbetterorworse232 on March 27th, 2009 6:58 am

speaking of saunders what on earth was he doing at Mark Rossini’s proffer sessions in DC? and why did he ask rossini not to tell anyone about their session? of corse rossini told everyone as he is apt to do. didn’t saunders win his case? maybe it was the sweetheart deals he made that rossini also told everyone about.
    yeah that must be it.

  19. John J. Nazarian P.I. on March 28th, 2009 10:53 pm

All I can say is that I like Saunders, he has a great talent and represents the United States of America with a great deal of Gusto!
He is a very talented speaker also, great control of the courtroom when he speaks.
Lally is different, you don’t get to these places being a dummy!
Deals are a part of the process of prosecution, too bad Sgt. Arneson did not get on board sooner for when he wanted to the train had left the station.
    John

Forbetterorworse if I can be of any assistance in your project try calling the office or we can do this. I am not so good at computer stuff better at speaking….I think. Let me know
