WOW

Why does this judge love to send people to Jail?

I don’t think she has the words probation or house arrest in her vocabulary!

Does she even know that there are “jail” alternatives?

In this economy why send people to jail for non violent crimes? Make them pay the fee and make them pay for their jail at home as well.
And we wouldn’t have to house and feed them for 10 years!

May be this is one reason we are in this crisis!

We just love putting people in Jail for silly reasons…let think here. Violent criminals get LESS time and are released early.

I don’t know about any of you, but I would still sleep well at night if these 3 idiots were paying for their crimes via house arrest , as opposed to all the rapist, murderers, violent offenders, molesters etc that are FREE in our streets based on early release and or small sentences. Having these 3 idiots in Jail does not make a slight difference to society (other than we have to now spend more money on them)….house arrest and making them pay for house arrest along with the fine would have been more RECESSION appropriate!

I don’t know about any of you but a corrupt cop is more dangerous than anyone out their because he has his friends and department to back him up.How would you like it if the person from the phone company
was a thief. Did you even read the article about these men and how they helped one man bilk millions from others.

Judge Dale Fischer is a tough judge as are most of the Federal Judges. As someone who watched and listened for weeks and weeks, it was obvious that she was going to make examples of all of these people. And she did…
I do not think any of the defendants were surprised.

Kevin will be sentenced on Monday the 9th of March 2009. I am predicting 2-3 years, he is to some degree a lowly player. Sure he had the computer geek role, and perhaps he had some idea what was going to be done. The government believed that he may have heard tapes and worked on making things work better and thus his further involvement. As an Armenian American I am proud that this guy was able to build such an incredible machine. Also keep in mind that Anthony was self made also and say what you will he was not stupid. It was his arrogance that did him in.
I still wish Anthony and his family all the best in the weeks and years to come. It is over, he messed up, he is paying for his crimes and his family should not be held responsible for his behavior.

Kevin was sentenced to 27 months and $1,000.00 fine. He will be out on bond pending his appeal, Just like Mr. Christensen. That was some great work on behalf of his attorney Adam Braun.

Kevin surrendered himself today in Los Angeles. He is still attempting to get the dollars together in a manner that will satisfy Judge Fischer.
Again this is a tough road to go down and all of this for what?
We at desperateexes.com wish Kevin and his family all the best in the coming months and years. This is done and it is a time for healing and getting on with their lives. Mr. Adam Braun, Esq. continues to represent Kevin.
