John, you and I are a lot alike in this regard. I expect good service for my money, PERIOD. I tip good to great service, I also commend good service. It’s not a matter of, “If you mess up, I’m mad.” It’s a given that you’re going to mess up, it’s how you handle the mess up that defines the organization.

I find going straight to the top helps on so many levels. If only we could get the lower levels to perform at the caliber of the upper, we’d be real good.

These guys at ADT that I got to once through the ‘Riff Raff’ were the best! It is too bad that it does not trickle down. And they have not done the Philippines or India outsourcing thing for answering their phones! I agree with what you said!

Michael Schultz…my brother…has always been one of the most sincere and decent people that I have ever known. You never have to worry about being decieved…he truly is one of the good guys.
